These 6 -week fitness plans are your keys towards achieving your fitness goal. Review each of the plans to determine which workout plan fits your goals, your fitness level and your schedule. The hard part has already been done for you. Your job is to be successful!
Each day, execute the videos listed for that day, a.m. and p.m. You are in charge of getting this work done; but I know you can do it. If you need to make the exercises more or less challenging to fit your special needs, go for it. Just make sure you are not “cheating” yourself out of the exercises. Make each movement your best; focus on your muscles that are working.
In no time, you will be “Seeing Fitness Differently.” Be consistent, be strong, and have fun!
Program 1: Visualize (LEVEL 1)
It is time to VISUALIZE fitness as more than just exercise! This program is for you if you are new to fitness, restarting your fitness program, if you have special considerations, or if you want a little extra kick in your current exercise program. The Visualize workout is 6 days a week with 1 day of rest, a small time commitment of 10 to 15 minutes per workout, twice a day. The Visualize workout is great because you have a minimal time commitment, but you will still keep your metabolism boosted throughout the day with the twice a day workouts, as you begin to make exercise part of your daily activity. Program 2: Realize (LEVEL 2)
The Realize 6 week program is 5 days a week with 2 days of rest, a slightly longer workout at 15 to 20 minutes each, twice a day. You will love this program if your current workout program has stopped giving you the results you want, if you like working out but can’t seem to find a single block of time in your day to do it, or once again looking to add some kick to your metabolism. If you have all ready built your fitness foundation, exercising for 2 months, you are ready to REALIZE an even greater relationship with fitness. Program 3: Actualize (LEVEL 3)
